Return Period
Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Ship the item to our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
4. Include the RMA number on the package.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product.

Exceptions

• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for refund.

Warranty

Thanks for acquiring an SJPRO product; we do our best to build products that will last. We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original buyer for 6 months. This warranty does not cover loss or damage due to carelessness, obvious abuse, normal wear & tear or extend to any SJPRO product that has been modified in any way. Only SJPRO products are covered under this warranty and it does not extend to damage caused to other products used in conjunction with and or caused by your SJPRO products.
