Unlike large professional dome ports, the SJPRO Mini Dome uses a smaller dome design specifically to make the system easier to travel with and easier to handle in the water. Its compact size makes it practical to carry on trips, take into the water, and maneuver while swimming, snorkeling, surfing, or diving.
The SJPRO Mini Dome has been tested to depths of up to 15 meters (49 feet) when properly assembled and used with the compatible waterproof housing.

Designed for the GoPro HERO 4K
The GoPro HERO is GoPro’s smallest 4K camera, combining an ultra-compact design with 4K video recording and a lightweight form factor.
The HERO weighs only 86 g and measures approximately 56.6 × 47.7 × 29.4 mm, making it particularly well suited to a compact underwater photography setup.
The SJPRO Mini Dome is engineered around the HERO camera and its compatible waterproof housing. The dome positions the waterline away from the camera lens, allowing the camera to capture both the underwater and above-water environments in a single frame.

Purpose-Built for Over-Under Photography
The primary purpose of the SJPRO Mini Dome is to create over-under and split-level images.
With a conventional flat underwater lens, the waterline crosses directly in front of the camera lens. This makes it difficult to achieve the characteristic clean split between the underwater and above-water portions of an image.
The Mini Dome creates an optical interface that moves the waterline away from the camera lens, allowing you to capture:
